Massachusetts Partnership for Food Safety Education
Education about safe food handling practices from farm
to table is one of the most critical interventions in the
prevention of foodborne illnesses. The Partnership provides
easy access to information, education and training resources
for the following food safety principles and topics in multiple
languages.
All food safety education materials are consistent with
Massachusetts Department of Public Health,
Food Protection
Program, FDA and USDA regulations and messages.
