Food Equipment and Safety Training Fact Sheets (and Review Questions)

FEAST fact sheets outline basic food safety, operation and cleaning procedures.  As general guidelines for equipment safety, operation and sanitation, each can be adapted to incorporate specific recommendations and procedures for equipment provided by the manufacturer and your workplace.
