Massachusetts Food Equipment and Safety Training (FEAST)

This multifaceted educational program is a collaborative project between the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. FEAST was developed to help food service personnel achieve standards and competencies for sanitation and safety of food and facilities.

This program is designed to address different learning styles of participants through reading and discussing fact sheets and review questions, viewing videos and demonstration, and hands-on application with follow-up practice and experience.

 

How to Use FEAST

1. Print out and review instructional materials and fact sheets corresponding to the videos you plan to watch.
