an engaging, relevant professional development opportunity for food service personnel to achieve standards and competencies for sanitation and safety of food and facilities. FEAST instructional materials, fact sheets and video segments provide a framework for food service personnel to increase knowledge of proper equipment operation and cleaning procedures and improve safe food handling and equipment practices. Translation are available in 9 different language.

Review the instructional materials which emphasize ways to address different learning styles such as observation through:

  • video viewing and watching a demonsration
  • hands-on application through practice and experience
